By creating an account, purchasing a test series, or using any free content on our platform, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
- License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the test series for personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
- Validity: Purchased test series are valid for the duration specified at checkout (e.g., 6 months from the date of purchase). Access will automatically expire at the end of this period.
3. Delivery & Shipping Policy
ApnaTestPrep is a purely digital platform. No physical goods will be shipped. Upon successful payment, access to the mock tests is granted instantly and added to your Dashboard automatically.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including questions, explanations, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of ApnaTestPrep. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or scrape any content from our platform using automated tools or manual methods.
5. Disclaimers
ApnaTestPrep is an independent educational platform. We are not officially affiliated with BSNL, MPPSC, or any other government examination body. Our mock tests are designed for practice purposes based on public syllabi and previous year trends. We do not guarantee success or selection in actual exams.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jabalpur, India.
