Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing ApnaTestPrep. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any test series or digital goods from our platform.

1. Digital Goods Non-Refundable Rule

Because our platform offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Mock Tests, Detailed Explanations, and Performance Analytics), we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and access to the test series is granted.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. We highly recommend taking our Free Mock Tests to evaluate the platform before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions

We may fulfill refund requests strictly under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same test series due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Non-Delivery of Access: If your payment is successful but your account is not upgraded to premium within 24 hours, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue.

3. Process for Claiming Exceptions

If your case falls under the exceptions mentioned above, please contact us at support@apnatestprep.com within 3 days of the transaction. Please include your registered email, transaction ID, and proof of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellations

Once a payment is successfully made and access is granted, the subscription cannot be cancelled mid-way for a prorated refund. Your access will remain active for the full duration of your purchased plan (e.g., 6 months).
